Meet the Owners

Ryan Reed

Sales

While Ryan grew up around Atlantic Millwork, he took some time after college to work and develop his skills in other industries. However, his passion for the family business brought him back, and he has since been using his skills to build on Atlantic Millwork’s impressive track record. The thing Ryan loves most about Atlantic Millwork is the employees. He says no two jobs are ever the same, and through problem solving and creativity, everyone works together to help customers build their dreams. While Ryan loves working at Atlantic Millwork, his least favorite part is filling out paperwork since he considers himself a people person. When Ryan looks to the future, he wants to build on the strong foundation that his Father and Mark created before him. He says he wants to continue evolving all aspects of the fantastic experience that Atlantic Millwork is already known for.

Blake Woodruff

Sales

Blake grew up around Atlantic Millwork, so he knows a thing or two about what it means to provide excellent customer service. He takes his work very seriously and loves making sure everyone is taken care of from the moment they walk in until their project is completed. After carrying on the torch from his father, Blake says he wants to continue expanding and showing why Atlantic Millwork is the best.

Erik Olmsted

Sales

Erik started his journey at Atlantic Millwork when he realized that he wanted to cut the working weekends and spend more time with his family. Along the way, he also discovered the strong bonds you can develop when working with such an amazing team. Erik’s favorite thing about working at Atlantic Millwork is the sense of pride and accomplishment he feels whenever he helps a client complete work on their dream home or projects. If Erik had to confess what he enjoys the least, it would be the dust bunnies that always manage to collect in the warehouse — Achoo! When it comes to planning for the future, Erik loves the idea of implementing new technology into the business. He wants Atlantic Millwork to continually evolve to make the customer service experience better and better. He also secretly wants to sell more windows and doors than anyone else.
